If your company mission is to climb a tree, you can either train a horse or hire a squirrel.

Maybe you’ve decided to train a horse.

That’s very admirable, just don’t get upset when your horse can’t climb the tree.

On the other hand, if the horse tells you it’s a squirrel, then get upset.
