True sacrifice is not giving up what you like, or what you enjoy.

True sacrifice is giving up what you love, what makes you come alive.

As the old King Solomon story relates, true sacrifice is giving up your child in order to save your child. 

Same goes for business. 

There will be circumstances where doing the right thing entails true sacrifice.

Giving up money, or credit, or glory, or power. 

But if you want to win, you have to do the right thing.
