You’ll never get anywhere if you’re in a rush
You’ll always be in a rush if you don’t give yourself enough time
Make sure you have enough time between meetings, between ventures, between goals.
Leave an hour between meetings (rather than stack them back-to-back).
Take off six months between careers (rather than dive straight into something new).
Aim to be a dollar millionaire by fifty years of age (rather than thirty years).
That way you can calmly move through every day without fear of disappointing someone else, or yourself. Without fear of missing a meeting or a deadline.
Giving yourself enough time doesn’t mean losing your ambition or being lazy.
It just means “give yourself enough time.”
