Exercise, eat well

You need energy if you’re going to succeed.

You need energy to work hard and put in long hours.

You need energy to attract the right people.

How do you get energy?

Exercise, every day. Not a lot, just a little bit.

Exercise begets energy.

Eat well.

Don’t eat too much (ie: small portions).

Don’t eat food that is heavy (ie: Starch and red meat).

It’s not that hard.

Exercise. Eat well.
