Some people are lucky. They’re born into a family that will catch them. Or they’re blessed with good looks, or a photographic memory, of an uncle in the furniture business.
Their safety need was inherited. Good for them.
Most people don’t have that luck. They have to make their own safety net. Save money, get a professional education, marry rich.
Whatever.
Never take wild uncalculated risks. Always have a plan B. Be sure to have a fallback position in the event of failure.
You need a safety net before you start a business.
If you weren’t born with a net, make your own net.
