Some people need external validation to feel happy. They’re always telling you how hard their job is, how many hours they work, how difficult their kids are.
Always fishing for compliments, always looking for validation.
These people are not entrepreneurs.
An entrepreneur doesn’t need people to be impressed. He makes it look easy.
He knows it doesn’t matter what people think, or how many hours he puts in. It only matters that he delivers the goods. That he makes money.
Entrepreneurs don’t need compliments.
