Its not your responsibility to save people. Your employee, your parent, your girlfriend, your child, whoever it is that needs saving, leave her alone.

You are only responsible for your self. Let others take responsibility for their lives.

Provide support, be there to catch her, lend a sympathetic ear, but don’t save her.
