Why do you need credit? Why do you need people to know it was your idea? Your company? Your success?

Sometimes glory will make it easier for you in other entrepreneurial ventures. But mostly, the recognition you crave is not fuel for your business.

Its fuel for your ego. The only reason you need the credit is your ego.

What does that achieve? Best case, nothing. Worst case, you become arrogant. Arrogant = fail.

Your ego has no value in business. Don’t feed it. Always give credit to others. When you see success is imminent immediately start casting about for someone to share the glory with.

Entrepreneurs don’t need the credit.
