Wrong. Chances are the reason you love coffee is because someone is already doing an excellent job of making coffee.

So where is the gap? If you start a coffee shop you’re competing with someone that has a head-start, and trying to provide consumers with a product they already have, ie: great coffee.

Rather start a business doing something that no one else is doing.
