Who thinks the world is doomed?

  • By Alan Knott-Craig

Who thinks we’re doomed? Who thinks its game over, insert coin?

Not me.

The Internet will save the world. Why?

People don’t make bad decisions because they’re stupid. They make bad decisions because they don’t have access to all the information information.

People don’t do bad things because they’re evil. They do bad things because they think they can get away with it.

People don’t really believe we’re doomed. Inside our hearts we have a small voice trying to say “Don’t panic”. That voice is

overwhelmed by the doomsayers in the traditional media of SA, and the world.

The Internet brings information to the people. The Internet means you can’t do anything without it showing up on Facebook. The Internet means we don’t have to rely on the opinion of an editor to find out what’s really happening in the world.

The Internet is making the world a better place, in substance and in form. And nothing can stop the Internet.

“Everything will be ok in the end. If its not ok, its not the end.”
