But sometimes you need it

Maybe your co-founder wants to move to Tahiti.

She wants to sell her shares.

If you don’t buy her shares then someone else will and you’ll find yourself in bed with a stranger.

If you don’t have the cash then you need debt.

Still not a good idea, but a necessary evil.

When else does debt make sense?
