One day your offices go on the market, and you decide to buy the building.

Rather pay yourself rent.

That’s all good, except if the shareholders of the company are not the exact same shareholders of the building.

It’s totally legal, but it is not moral. Even if you disclose everything upfront, there will always be questions.
