If you can’t sleep well at night, you’re going to struggle to get ahead.
Eventually you’ll turn to sleeping pills, and its a slippery slope to addiction.
So make sure you do everything you can to sleep well.
Exercise every day, eat well, don’t drink too much.
But most important: Don’t do anything bad.
Don’t break the law, don’t cross any ethical lines.
There’s no softer pillow than a clean conscience.
