Never start a business as equal partners. Everyone needs to know who the chief is. Co-CEO’s don’t work. They lead to confusion, politics, and worst-of-all, lack of speed.

In business if you can’t move fast, you fail. If you can’t get an answer from the chief without getting another chief to agree, you can’t move fast.

If you have more than one chief, you fail.
