Not all stress is bad.

Some forms of stress can make you stronger, both physically and mentally.

At the physical level, our muscles and bones grow stronger as a result of being worked hard. Repeated bouts of physical exercise have a strengthening effect.

The body overcompensates by building stronger muscles and bones that are capable of coping with bigger demands in the future. But only up to a point. Apply too much pressure and your body will break.

The same goes for your psychological make-up. Being an entrepreneur can put you in situations that are very stressful. The stress is good for you. It makes you mentally stronger. It gives you an edge over competitors.

Stay out of your comfort zone and you’ll keep growing.

Just don’t too far. Broken bones can heal.

Broken minds can’t.
