Inside of corporate it’s important to market yourself, so you get into the habit of continually promoting your work ethic.

As an entrepreneur, broadcasting how hard you’re working is counter-productive.

You might think you’re impressing people, or gaining sympathy, but you’re not. All you’re doing is putting a sign on your forehead saying, “I’m struggling”.

No one wants to work with a startup that’s struggling. Fake it till you make it.

You’re not impressing anyone by saying how busy you are. And sympathy is useless.

Put your head down and work hard until your company makes money without you having to work at all.

Until then, stop whining.
