Be very cautious when a great deal  crosses your path.

Always look for the catch. Usually there is a trick, and if you miss it you’ll lose money.

But sometimes great deals DO fall into your lap. Sometimes there is no catch.

That is the not the time to be cynical and look the proverbial gift horse in the mouth.

If you know what you’re doing, you’ll know when something is legit.

If its legit, don’t mess around trying to be clever and questioning the deal.
