The only people that don’t care about revenue are employees and flippers.

Employees don’t care because it’s not their responsibility to pay the bills.

Flippers don’t care because their strategy is not to make a profit, but to rather “flip” their business to someone who also doesn’t care about revenue.

Flipping is a risky strategy.

When the time comes you may just find there’s no one out there willing/able to buy.

And then you’re finished.

Why? Because you didn’t care about revenue.

If you want to be an entrepreneur, care about revenue.
