You’re an entrepreneur, or you want to be.
That means your days are filled with uncertainty. You’re responsible for your own paycheque. No one will tell you what to do.
You have to tell yourself what to do.
You need a routine to clear your mind and set your priorities.
Step 1 – Wake up early, i.e.: 5am. Get up before the rest of the pack. Its quiet, you’re fresh, you can get ahead whilst others sleep.
Step 2 – Meditate 10min. Clear your head, get present.
Step 3 – Write down a to-do list for the day. Prioritise cashflow related items. Cashflow is king.
Step 4 – Work. Looking like you’re working is meaningless. The only thing that is meaningful is moving your business forward.
Step 5 – At the end of the day spend 10min going through your to-list. Did you focus on your priorities?
Step 6 – Pray, meditate, exercise, do what it is that allows you to reflect on your day. Think about everything that went right (be grateful), think about all the people that are important to you (be unselfish) and think about all the things you still need to achieve (visualise).
Step 7 – Stop working at 6pm. Let your head clear of work thoughts so you can get to sleep early.
Rinse, repeat.
