At the beginning of a business, there’s always a spreadsheet.
Assuming you know your game, your spreadsheet will tell you that your business will be profitable if your assumptions are correct.
At some point you have to leave the spreadsheet and put rubber to the road.
At that point you won’t have time to run back and re-work your spreadsheet.
You’ll be running hard, making things happen.
Don’t look over your shoulder.
Don’t doubt yourself.
