An entrepreneur makes it look easy, and always has his game face.

But that doesn’t mean an entrepreneur is “proud”.

Pride is an attribute of the weak and insecure.

An entrepreneur is confident and self-assured. If he needs help, he asks for it. If a friend asks how things are, he doesn’t lie and say, “Perfect”, when things are in fact dire.

He admits his problems. He makes himself vulnerable.

People can’t help you unless they know you need help.

Its fine to keep your problems private from strangers. Suck it up, put on your game face, never show doubt.

But when someone you trust asks, don’t pretend.

Pride has no place in an entrepreneur’s life.
