Before you start a business you need to be shameless that your business’s number one priority is making money (in an ethical way).

Money is not the end in itself. Its merely a means towards giving your kids a decent education, overseas holidays, a nice house and a comfortable life.

Money lets you follow your dreams. Money is important.

If you venture doesn’t make money, then its not a business. It’s a charity or a hobby or a side-line or a whatever.

There’s nothing wrong with that, just don’t fool yourself that you run a business.
