Failure is a great motivator. In the darkest hours, you need more than just the promise of a pot of gold to get you out of bed.
Fear gets you out of bed. The fear of losing your house, your reputation, your family.
The danger of “fear of failure”, or fear of anything, is letting it overwhelm you. That causes panic & over-reaction, or emotions to suppress rational thought. You make the wrong decisions and the fear becomes self-fulfilling.
Maintain perspective. Realise how small your problems are in the big scheme of things, and how insignificant your life is in the universe. Read stoic philosophy.
Don’t be afraid of fear. Welcome it. It gets you out of bed.
