Make sure all your admin is done from day one.

It will save you headaches, late nights and cash later on.

More important, if your admin is up to speed you can move fast if someone suddenly offers to invest in you, or if you urgently need debt.

No admin = no investors = no debt.

No one loves doing admin.

Just do it.
