The part about leadership that can’t be faked is charisma.

You either have it, or you don’t.

If you don’t have it, you can’t be a true leader.

And only a true leader can change the direction of a company.

If your company is on track, it doesn’t matter if the leader lacks charisma.

If your company going in the wrong direction, it only matters that the leader has charisma.
