Simply put, it is someone who puts herself ahead of everything. 

There are psychopaths everywhere: schools, politics and business. The regularly climb to the top because they are so ruthlessly focused and effective. 

But ultimately, they explode. Why?

Because the agenda of the organization diverts from their personal agenda. And they simply are unable to subvert their selfish aims for anything else. 

And that ends in tears.
