When you ask someone what their vision for their company is, the answer needs to be something other than “make lots of money.”
Companies don’t make money.
Companies make “things”, the by-product is money.
If you’re focused on the money, you won’t make the “thing”.
And you’ll fail.
A bag of gold at the end of the rainbow is not a vision.
It’s a fantasy.
Your vision must be bigger than that.
