In all walks of life, there are politics.

Agendas and egos and rumours.

Its especially hard when trying to find a leader for your business.

Great leaders, by definition, carry a lot of baggage.

To get ahead, to create stuff, they’ve upset people.

Those people then do their best to shout them down.

If you want to win, you must shut the noise out.

Focus on who is the best person for the job at hand.

Ignore the critics and blockers, and just choose that person.

You know who that person is, you’re just afraid to push him/her.

Like it or not, you have to pick the best person for the job.

That’s the only way to win.
