What does it mean to lead?

It means to be on the frontline, leading by example. 

Being a leader is not a role confined to the boss.

Everyone can lead by example. 

During the Corona-virus lockdown, if you don’t perform an essential skill you lead by example by staying home, and maintaining a positive attitude.

If you’re a technician maintaining the telecoms grid, you get to work earlier than anyone else, you do your job better than anyone else, and you maintain a positive attitude. 

If you’re the CEO, you do the same. 

Why? Because people are watching. 

People are following you.

Even it’s only your kids, your actions speak louder than your words.

Lead by example.
