Young people may lack experience, but they have energy.

Energy can overcome most obstacles.

Lack of experience can be an asset. Youngsters don’t know what didn’t work in the past, so they’ll try it again with no jaded memories.

And it may work.

Experience is always needed if you don’t want to regularly lose money.

But youthful energy can sometimes provide a magic bullet for success.

Give youngsters a chance.
